About the Role
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. You will support treatment plans for a diverse range of conditions, document care accurately, and contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Support treatment plans for orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions
- Document care accurately in Raintree EMR
- Maintain an efficient schedule using AI-driven tools to streamline documentation
- Participate in clinical learning and peer support activities
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active state PTA license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
