Join Physical Therapy Today, an H2 Health company, as a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Garland, Texas. Whether you're an experienced PTA or a new graduate, you'll join a supportive outpatient team where your contribution matters and your growth is encouraged.
Our outpatient model is designed around manageable caseloads, with Full-Time clinicians typically seeing approximately 10-12 patient visits per day. Strong administrative support and access to Scribe AI-powered documentation technology help reduce documentation burden and keep more of your day focused on patients.
At Physical Therapy Today - Garland, you'll work alongside Physical Therapists while supporting a diverse outpatient population with orthopedic, post-surgical, sports, balance and vestibular, chronic pain, and work-related rehabilitation needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Carry out established plans of care and support patient progress
- Provide therapeutic exercise, balance, mobility, and functional interventions
- Monitor patient response and communicate progress with the supervising PT
- Educate patients on movement, recovery, and home exercise programs
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
Requirements
- Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current Texas Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure
- CPR certification, if applicable
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- New graduates are welcome; outpatient experience is not required
