Physical Therapist Assistant Per Diem

About the Role

Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists to enhance patient independence and functioning. Collaborate with the care team, communicate progress and changes promptly, and support patient-centered care that respects diversity and promotes dignity.

Responsibilities

• Implement and assist with individualized treatment plans
• Support testing, evaluations, and complex procedures
• Organize group treatments and develop programs with team input
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in meetings
• Adhere to policies, ensure safety, and uphold professionalism
• Contribute to quality improvement and infection control initiatives

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy Assistant licensure required
