Physical Therapy Assistant Per Diem

About the role

Provide quality clinical care as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) within a multidisciplinary team at a hospital or outpatient centers, under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. Deliver evidence-based care to meet patient needs and ensure a high standard of service in a collaborative, patient-centered environment with a focus on pediatric rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy care under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• Meet patient needs and maintain high standards of clinical service
• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Adhere to best practices in pediatric rehabilitation

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current licensure to practice as a PTA in Florida

Schedule

Day shift, casual/on-call schedule.

Pay

Fixed-rate compensation based on experience and equity.
