Physical Therapy Assistant Per Diem

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in providing therapy treatments and procedures
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and daily living activities
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the physical therapist
• Provide support and encouragement during therapy activities
• Document treatments and patient responses accurately and timely in accordance with state and facility guidelines

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Graduate of an accredited therapy program
• Current and active Physical Therapy Assistant in New Jersey
• Prior experience working with adults in a sub-acute and/or home care setting
• Experience with Net Health Therapy platform preferred, but not required
• Able to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate
