Baptist Health Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant III provides physical therapy services for a caseload of patients under the supervision of a physical therapist. Works with autonomy limited by license and accountability demonstrating expertise in providing care for a complex patient population. Committed to professional and department growth and enhancement.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services for a caseload of patients under the supervision of a physical therapist.
• Work with autonomy limited by license and accountability, demonstrating expertise in providing care for a complex patient population.
• Mentor new staff and students.
• Be active in QA/performance improvement activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience.
• Experience demonstrating proficiency in treating the HH patient population.
• CPR certification.
• Licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy.

This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
