Physical Therapist - Acute Rehab

Role: Per diem Acute Rehab Physical Therapist Responsibilities Evaluate and treat adult patients in an acute rehab setting focused on safe mobility and functional recovery.Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans, including gait and balance training, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education.Document patient progress thoroughly in the EMR system.Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to provide patient-centered care.Support discharge planning and patient safety initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Licensed Physical Therapist with relevant experience in acute rehab or related settings.Strong knowledge of mobility, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education techniques.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to develop personalized treatment plans and adapt to patient needs.Commitment to compassionate, community-focused care and continuous improvement.
