Physical Therapist - Acute Care

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide patient-centered care in an acute care setting. The role involves developing and implementing treatment plans, evaluating patient needs, and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams to deliver personalized, high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient needs and progress
• Provide patient education and support
• Make appropriate referrals to other healthcare providers
• Delegate tasks to physical therapy assistants
• Document interventions in accordance with policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Physical Therapist (PT) License

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
