About the role

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (Acute Care Therapist) to deliver skilled physical therapy services to patients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities. This role focuses on promoting patient independence through tailored evaluation, treatment planning, and professional consultations based on individual needs and functional levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert physical therapy care in an acute care setting.
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or D.P.T. degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Oregon Physical Therapist License and applicable state licenses.
• American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Occasional specialized physical therapy training or experience may be required.
