About the Role
Provide physical therapy services to residents in a post-acute or skilled nursing setting.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in Colorado
- Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility (preferred)
- Proficiency in Nethealth and Point Click Care (preferred)
Pay
- Hourly rate: $45–$50
- $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions: $1,500 after 90 days and $1,500 after 120 days (must remain full-time to receive bonus)
