• Provide physical therapy services to senior patients.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in CO.

Pay

• Rate: $55-$60/hour.
• $2,000 bonus paid: $1,000 after 90 days & $1,000 after 6 months (full-time positions only; must remain in full-time status for 6 months).
