Physical Therapist - $3,000 Bonus!

Provide physical therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to residents in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility setting.

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in Colorado.
• Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility is a plus.
• Proficiency in Nethealth and Point Click Care is a plus.

Benefits

• Competitive pay ($45-$52/hour).
• $3,000 bonus: $1,500 after 90 days and $1,500 after 120 days (full-time positions only; must remain in full-time status to receive bonus).
