About the role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic team at a 116-bed skilled facility providing both short-term and long-term care services. Our facility features a high-acuity trach and ventilator unit, offering a unique and rewarding clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in evaluating patients’ physical condition
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Perform therapeutic exercises and treatments
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising therapists
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
Qualifications
- Associate degree from an APTA accredited program required
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant required

$3,000 sign-on bonus, paid out over your first year with us.
