About the role

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Physical Therapist position. This in-house program operates within a welcoming, slower-paced community environment that delivers holistic care with a strong focus on prevention.

In this role, you will provide physical therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid Physical Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
• Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment (preferred)

Pay

Pay Range: $76,385.00 - $116,149.00 per year. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
