PHP or IOP Counselor

About the role

As a PHP or IOP Counselor at Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Medicine, you will provide counseling services to clients participating in PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) or IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.
• Participate in regular supervision and case conferences.

Requirements

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensed or license-eligible as a Mental Health Professional in your state.
• Experience working with clients in PHP or IOP settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of behavioral health disorders.

Pay
