Photography Coordinator
About the role
As the Photography Coordinator, you’ll be a creative and operational partner within the New York-based photography team, reporting to the Senior Manager of Photography. This role blends hands-on photography with high-level production coordination, helping shape and deliver compelling visual content across eCommerce and brand channels. With a strong eye for storytelling and a deep understanding of production workflows, you’ll drive efficient execution, creative consistency, and elevated brand expression, primarily focusing on eCommerce Product Detail Page (PDP) photography and supporting creative assets. The role centers on product and sneaker photography.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a key creative and operational liaison between the Junction City photo studio and New York.
- Lead coordination of product ordering and logistics for photo shoots with New York buying and marketing teams.
- Partner closely with the Senior Manager of Photography to align on creative priorities, production timelines, and brand standards, proactively identifying solutions to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Prepare and style products for photography with a high level of craftsmanship, including SKU verification, cleaning, steaming, footwear preparation, propping, and styling in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Capture high-quality eCommerce PDP photography, demonstrating strong attention to detail, accuracy, and product storytelling while maintaining visual consistency across categories.
- Produce sneaker and product photography for digital, social, in-store, PR, and additional marketing channels, contributing to broader brand narratives beyond eCommerce.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Production, and Marketing partners to build and maintain production timelines that support business and campaign needs.
- Support concept development and pre-production planning through meeting participation, creative input, and logistical coordination.
- Provide on-set production support as needed, contributing across photography, assisting, digital tech, or other production functions to ensure successful execution.
- Oversee ordering and organization of studio props, equipment, and supplies to support both day-to-day operations and larger creative initiatives.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in photography or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and support where needed.

Pay
The annual base salary range is $55,000–$66,300 per year. This role is also eligible for short-term incentives aligned with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, internal equity, and market alignment.
