Additional Information About The Role

Missouri Baptist Medical Center is hiring a Full-Time Float Lab Associate II – Phlebotomy Position.

Position Details

  • Experienced phlebotomist position
    Float Phlebotomist – Provides coverage to the St. Louis area across BJC multiple locations - locations may vary daily

  • Day Shift Hours: 8-hour shifts between the hours of 6:30am - 5:30pm (Monday- Friday)

  • NO Weekends or holidays!!!

Responsibilities

  • Performing venipunctures and urine collections

  • Utilizing multiple Laboratory Information Systems

  • Ensuring high-quality patient care and customer service

  • Reliable transportation needed

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional phlebotomy experience

  • Expertise in blood draws & specimen collection

  • Excellent patient interaction and communication skills

Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED

  • Experience: 2 years or more of relevant experience
