Pharmacy Technician Supervisor - Intake
for each section heading.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use
.
We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include each piece.
We need to avoid boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present.
We need to drop duplicated lines.
We need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific numbers.
Now craft HTML.
First, About the role: include company description paragraph(s). Could be multiple paragraphs but we can combine into one
with the description.
Responsibilities: list of duties. We'll extract bullet points.
Let's list responsibilities from text:

We can deduplicate duplicate lines.
Now Qualifications/Education: We'll have a Qualifications section maybe separate from Requirements. The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need both Requirements and Qualifications. Likely Requirements = experience requirements; Qualifications = education/licenses. We'll split.
Requirements: Work Experience Required: 4+ years pharmacy experience, previous leadership experience. Desired: 5+ years pharmacy experience, 1+ years supervisor experience.
Also maybe include "Previous Experience in Pharmacy Intake" as requirement? That is under Education/Learning Experience Required. Might be better to put under Qualifications. But we can decide.
Qualifications: Education/Learning Experience Required: High School Diploma or GED, licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law, Previous Experience in Pharmacy Intake, Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician. Desired: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, Advanced Certified Pharmacy Technician, Specialty pharmacy experience.
Licenses/Certifications Required: Registration with Board of Pharmacy as required by state law, Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB). Desired: Advanced Certified Pharmacy Technician.
Behavior Competencies Required: Independent worker, good interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communications skills, ability to work independently, work efficiently to meet deadlines and be flexible, detail-oriented, great time-management skills, leadership.
Skills: Skills/Knowledge Required: Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with all levels of management and staff, vast knowledge of pharmacy terminology and process including sig codes, and roman numerals, brand/generic names of medication, advanced typing, math and analytical skills. Desired: Specialty pharmacy operations, leadership skills, independent decision-making abilities, able to conduct research, be resourceful, and self-reliant, excellent communication skills.
We could also include behavior competencies under Skills? But we have separate Skills heading. We'll put behavior competencies under Skills as well? Might be duplication. Better to keep Skills for technical/knowledge, and maybe include behavior under Qualifications? But we already have Qualifications for education/licenses. The behavior competencies could be part of Qualifications or Skills. Since we have both sections, we can put behavior under Qualifications as "Behavior Competencies". But the instruction says use headings exactly as given; we cannot add new headings. So we must fit behavior into either Qualifications or Skills. Probably Skills includes interpersonal etc. So we can include behavior competencies under Skills.
Thus Skills section will include both the technical skills and behavior competencies.

Pay: include salary range statements and sign-on bonus.
Schedule: full-time Monday-Friday 11:30am-8pm EST.
Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Now produce HTML.
