About the role

You will play a crucial part in the preparation and distribution of prescription medications, leveraging an automated fulfillment system to support patients effectively. Responsibilities
- Resolve billing rejects and proactively contact patients or doctors when issues arise, ensuring smooth medication delivery.
- Accurately enter patient demographics and prescription details into the system, maintaining precise records critical for patient safety and operational integrity.
- Research insurance rejections and escalate complex questions to a Pharmacist, contributing to effective and timely resolution of patient concerns.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with professionalism and empathy, providing essential communication and support to patients and healthcare providers.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Active state Registration/Certification (as required).
- Basic computer proficiency to navigate essential systems and tools.
