Responsibilities

• Prescription intake and processing
• Making adherence reminder calls to patients
• Coordinating medication delivery
• Investigating insurance benefits
• Managing prior authorizations
• Researching financial assistance options
• Monitoring medication adherence across Medicare, Medicaid, Transplant, Transition of Care, and Commercial patient populations
• Identifying and addressing patient barriers to enhance adherence and health outcomes

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Valid State of Michigan Pharmacy Technician license
• Minimum of six (6) months of retail pharmacy experience preferred
