Responsibilities
- Support patients and providers by helping navigate pharmacy benefits
- Collaborate with the Mail Order Services Department
- Prescription intake
- Adherence reminder calls
- Delivery coordination
- Insurance benefits investigation
- Prior authorization management
- Financial assistance research
- Monitor medication adherence across multiple patient populations
- Identify and address patient barriers to enhance adherence and health outcomes
- Deliver exceptional service
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Associates degree preferred
- State of Michigan Pharmacy Technician License
- Minimum of two years of previous pharmacy technician experience
- Previous experience as a specialty pharmacy technician preferred
Qualifications
- Strong computer and phone communication skills
