Pharmacy Technician Outpatient - Mail Order - Full Time - Rochester Hills

Responsibilities

• Solidify patient care through collaboration with the Mail Order team.
• Support patients with maintenance medications by performing tasks such as prescription intake, adherence reminder calls, delivery coordination, insurance benefits investigation, prior authorization management, and financial assistance research.
• Maintain medication adherence across various patient populations including Medicare, Medicaid, Transplant, Transition of Care, and Commercial.
• Identify and address patient barriers to enhance adherence and health outcomes.
• Communicate effectively using both computers and phones.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of six (6) months of retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Valid State of Michigan Pharmacy Technician license required.
