The Pharmacy Systems Supervisor manages technical support for medication distribution systems and processes within a facility, overseeing day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate and timely medication distribution, and leading system improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and coordinate training
• Manage automated dispensing cabinets (ADC)
• Maintain compliance with quality assurance standards
• Analyze data and implement process improvements
• Oversee pharmacy technologies and workflows

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
• Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) National Certification (Required)
• 3–5 years of hospital pharmacy experience (Preferred)
