Pharmacy Systems Supervisor

The Pharmacy Systems Supervisor manages technical support for medication distribution systems and processes within a facility, overseeing day-to-day pharmacy operations, ensuring accurate and timely medication distribution, and leading system improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Supervise staff and coordinate training
- Manage automated dispensing cabinets (ADC)
- Maintain compliance with quality assurance standards
- Analyze data and implement process improvements
- Oversee pharmacy technologies and workflows
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) National Certification (Required)
- 3–5 years of hospital pharmacy experience (Preferred)
