About the role
The Pharmacy Supervisor at Vetsource is a working leadership role responsible for overseeing pharmacy operations and guiding a team of pharmacy workflow technicians. This is a full-time, onsite position located in Harrisburg, PA.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, positioning team members for steady output and ensuring tasks are executed effectively
- Aid in technician training, scheduling, and timecard approvals
- Collaborate with pharmacy leads to maintain team unity and ensure smooth workflow
- Participate in pharmacy workflow duties, spending 50% of time on these tasks (subject to change)
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing organization standards and adhering to regulations
- Provide work direction and lead daily operations of technician direct reports
- Develop team talent; create and implement plans for optimizing team member performance
- Aid Pharmacists & Workflow Manager with hiring, leading, coaching, mentoring, resolving disputes, and retaining staff
- Identify training needs and conduct performance management activities for associates, including disciplinary action
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in a pharmacy, wholesale operation, or equivalent
- Current valid Pharmacy Technician registration/certification OR ability to obtain licensure within 90 days of employment
- GED, High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and dispensing

Schedule
This position requires 40 hours per week, typically scheduled Monday-Friday between our operating hours of 6:30 am and 4:30 pm ET with a rotating Saturday from 7:00 am-3:30 pm ET.
Pay
Pay range (US based applicants): $63,000 - $70,000 (annualized)
