This position provides pharmacist services in an inpatient setting, integrating clinical, teaching, research, and distribution activities for UC San Diego Health and the Skaggs School of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Profile review
• TPN order writing
• Pharmacokinetics
• Renal drug dosing
• Medication reconciliation
• Chemotherapy order review entry and validation in the Beacon Chemotherapy Electronic Medical Record
• Precepting pharmacy students from the Skaggs School of Pharmacy & Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Precepting UC San Diego Health PGY1 and PGY2 pharmacy residents
• Investigational drug support
• Provision and documentation of medications and medication‑related services
