About the role
This role supports revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes in a life-sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Achieve territory sales and activity goals through strategic execution.
- Leverage data and insights to develop territory business plans for sales objectives.
- Build relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) to drive patient identification and timely therapy initiation.
- Apply an account-based selling approach to engage all relevant stakeholders.
- Utilize company resources to improve customer engagement and patient pull-through.
- Maintain strong cross-functional partnerships to facilitate patient treatment initiation.
- Actively contribute market intelligence to support organizational growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in life sciences.
- 2+ years of experience in rare disease product promotion preferred.
- Proven track record in specialty pharmaceutical sales considered.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Knowledge of rare disease products and patient journey processes preferred.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
Pay
$110,000 – $190,000 annually.
