This position supports revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes in a life sciences environment. The role offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve territory product sales and engagement goals based on performance metrics
  • Leverage data and insights to identify target healthcare professionals and develop business plans
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare providers to enhance patient diagnostics and treatment processes
  • Engage all relevant practice stakeholders to facilitate patient identification and treatment initiation
  • Utilize company resources and analytics for strategic account management and improvement of engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize customer engagement and align strategies for patient treatment
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and provide market intelligence to the sales organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in life sciences
  • 2+ years of rare disease product promotion experience preferred
  • Experience in rare disease, specialty pharmaceuticals, or neurology preferred
  • Strong sales performance record and understanding of sales processes required
  • Proficient in analytical skills and business acumen; familiarity with product markets is a plus
  • Possess a valid U.S. state-issued driver's license

Pay

$110,000 – $190,000 annually
