Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, Endocrinology (Rare Disease) - Shreveport / Jackson

About the role

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and educate Specialty physicians on rare disease products through meetings and presentations
• Meet territory sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices
• Execute company-approved Product Marketing plans and business activities
• Support targeted customers using company-approved resources and materials
• Manage all company equipment and promotional materials per compliance guidelines
• Ensure effective territory sales strategy execution using business plans and sales reports
• Attend company-sponsored sales and medical meetings as needed

Requirements

• BA/BS required
• 5-7+ years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience required; competitive market experience preferred
• Proven record of sustained high sales performance (Top 10%, National Awards)
• 2+ years of experience promoting rare disease products strongly preferred
• Valid US Driver’s license required
• Experience with Endocrinologists preferred
• Deep understanding of office stakeholders and therapeutic processes required

Pay

$110,000 – $190,000 annually
