Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, Endocrinology (Rare Disease) - Alabama/Florida - Tampa

This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and educate Specialty physicians on rare disease products through meetings and presentations
• Maintain high performance levels by meeting territory product sales goals
• Execute company-approved Product Marketing and regional business plans
• Utilize company resources and sales materials for targeted account support
• Manage and maintain company equipment and promotional materials following compliance guidelines
• Implement territory business strategies using sales reports
• Engage in continuous learning for sales techniques and therapeutic knowledge

Requirements

• BA/BS required
• 5-7+ years of successful pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in competitive markets
• Track record of sustained high sales performance (Top 10%, National Awards)
• 2+ years of experience promoting rare disease products strongly preferred
• Experience working with Endocrinologists and specialty pharmacies preferred
• Valid US driver's license required
• Understanding of stakeholders in healthcare settings and ability to assist in patient therapy processes

Pay

$110,000 – $190,000 annually
