About the role

PGIM Global Wealth offers a diversified suite of actively managed funds across various asset classes and investment styles, managing over $95 billion in assets under management. Coverage is in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, and Nebraska, with the expectation that the role is based in the region.

Responsibilities

  • Represent all PGIM Global Wealth products and vehicles including Mutual funds, ETF’s, SMA’s, Alternative Investments, CIT’s across retail and retirement platforms to investment professionals in their respective territory.
  • Raise net new assets for the firm and service the firm's existing client base across Wirehouses, Regional Broker Dealers, and RIA Aggregator firms.
  • Differentiate PGIM Global Wealth investment strategies, provide technical information, and articulate the benefits relative to competitors.
  • Show expert-level understanding of asset allocation, portfolio construction, capital markets, and industry-related topics.
  • Based out of a home office in a major zone within the respective state, with access to a major airport serving the states.

What You Will Bring

  • Self-motivated with successful territory management and selling skills, capable of driving objectives relatively autonomously.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in the asset management distribution industry, and 3-5 years of sales experience directly to financial intermediaries.
  • Required licenses: Series 7 and Series 63 or 65.

Market competitive base salaries, with a yearly bonus potential at every level. Skills

Strong communication skills, ability to be effective in one-on-one, electronic, and group presentations, well-organized, structured, disciplined in sales systems and processes, and ability to work with internal and external business partners to align resources to expected sales outcomes.
