About the role

The Personalization Manager will be responsible for driving personalized experiences across digital marketing channels to enhance customer engagement and drive business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or related field
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Experience with personalization technologies and platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping and segmentation
  • Understanding of machine learning and AI applications in marketing

Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Experience with personalization tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, or similar
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
