Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
- Experience with personalization technologies and platforms
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
- Knowledge of customer journey mapping and segmentation
- Understanding of machine learning and AI applications in marketing
Skills
- Proficiency in SQL and Python
- Experience with personalization tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, or similar
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
