Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital personalization and optimization initiatives across web and mobile platforms
- Build and manage targeted campaigns and customer engagement strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders, analytics, and product teams to define requirements and implement tracking solutions
- Manage A/B testing, segmentation, targeting, and personalization roadmaps
- Support campaign execution, reporting, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization
Required Skills
- 7+ years in digital marketing, campaign management, or personalization
- Experience with personalization and testing tools such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Dynamic Yield, or Pega
- Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills
- Experience with web strategies, analytics, and customer journey optimization
- Agile methodology experience preferred
Preferred
- Experience with CMS, AI/ML, or e-commerce platforms
- Background in financial services or regulated industries is a plus
Compensation
Compensation: $70.00-$100.00 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications.
