Personalization Operator
Description
This role operates personalization equipment to produce customer-specific products while meeting productivity, quality, and security requirements. Key responsibilities include setting up and configuring machine software, managing print systems, assisting with technical support, troubleshooting production issues, remaking defective product, maintaining security of customer data, and training new operators.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience operating machinery of similar size and complexity
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain reliable attendance
- Willingness to work overtime as needed, including during peak production periods
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Qualifications
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods of time.
Skills
Knowledge of personalization equipment, machine setup, troubleshooting, data management, quality control, and operator training. Strong attention to detail, effective decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
