What You'll Do
- Processing Technicians/Blending Operators are responsible for batching soaps and detergent products to supply our packaging lines using automated and manual systems.
- Operate equipment to perform batching tasks and rotate to different assignment areas as required;
- Receive/handle chemical raw materials and operate a forklift to move raw materials;
- Complete written documentation and enter data into computer;
- Communicate regularly with packaging lines and other support teams;
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures;
- Perform 5S and continuous improvement activities.
What Makes You a Good Fit
- Minimum of 1 year of current or recent experience in a manufacturing environment is required; previous work experience with batching processes is preferred;
- Availability to work 3rd shift (10:30 PM – 6:30 AM) schedule as well as weekend overtime shifts;
- A high school diploma or GED required;
- Basic to intermediate math and computer skills (Microsoft Office and e-mail; SAP experience considered a plus);
- Focus on accuracy and attention to detail;
- General mechanical aptitude;
- Previous forklift operation and team-based work experience preferred.

Pay
The hourly pay range for this role is $21.10. This range reflects the good-faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non-exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location.
