Responsibilities
- Define and execute personalization and engagement strategies across multiple digital experiences.
- Design and manage targeted campaigns and incentives to drive engagement, retention, and customer behavior.
- Partner with horizontal PMs (Content, Deals, Loyalty, Dashboard) to ensure personalized interventions align with the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with the CMS/platform team to implement segmentation, targeting, and personalization logic.
- Use analytics and experimentation to measure campaign impact and optimize performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management, preferably in personalization, engagement, or behavioral campaigns.
- Experience with cross-channel digital products (web, app, dashboards).
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with experimentation and data-driven decisions.
- Experience collaborating with platform/engineering teams to implement personalization solutions.
- Ability to navigate a matrix organization and collaborate effectively across multiple PMs.

Pay
The base salary range is $120,000 – $150,000 per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance.
Schedule
HYBRID – Work from the office a minimum of three days a week.
