About the Role

Lifespace Communities is investing in the future of digital marketing and is seeking a strategic, hands-on CRM & Personalization Manager to lead our email marketing, customer journey, and marketing automation strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise CRM and email marketing strategy
  • Design personalized customer journeys, nurture campaigns, and automated workflows
  • Build audience segmentation using CRM data
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance analytics
  • Manage marketing automation platforms and campaign execution
  • Measure ROI and turn insights into smarter marketing decisions
  • Partner across teams to continuously improve the customer experience

Requirements

  • 8+ years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing experience
  • Expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong background in customer segmentation and personalization
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

  • Proven success in managing complex CRM and email marketing strategies
  • Experience with leading cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive business outcomes
