You'll be the superstar responsible for retaining, producing, and boosting sales with our valued clients. You'll also get to maximize the retention of current accounts, ensure top-notch customer service and quality, and showcase your creative problem-solving skills by resolving any customer issues that come your way.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain long-term business relationships with customers
• Manage multiple landscape maintenance crews
• Ensure top-notch customer service and quality
• Resolve customer issues creatively
• Provide exciting landscape enhancement opportunities to customers
• Oversee Crew Supervisors and Forepersons to ensure smooth and efficient field operations

Requirements

• A passion for the landscape and horticulture industry
• Experience managing multiple landscape maintenance crews
• Outstanding organizational, communication, time management, and leadership skills
• A valid state driver's license with a good driving record

$60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
