Account Manager
The Account Manager will cover the Kansas City/Missouri territory and report to the General Manager. The main responsibilities include:
- Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers.
- Serve as the primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiries.
- Develop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets using Otis' sales tools to effectively track opportunities, pipeline, and forecast sales results.
- Conduct sales negotiations and close deals.
- Collaborate with fellow team members, including other sales representatives and field colleagues.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A business or technical degree or completion of relevant training as a technician or technical business administrator.
- Initial experience in the sale of technical service agreements requiring consultation.
- A strong customer and service orientation, including excellent interpersonal skills.
- A high level of commitment and reliability.
- A target-focused approach with the ability to work at pace in a demanding, complex, corporate organization.
