About the role
The role of a Personal Support Specialist (PSS) at New Communities involves providing caregiver support to seniors to live life fully. You will assist with personal care and inspire residents to participate in fun, recreational activities. PSSs do not pass medications to residents; however, there are opportunities to advance your career and become a Certified Residential Medication Aide (CRMA).
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School diploma/GED
- 18 years of age or over
- Experience in direct care, preferred but not required. Willingness to train.
- Able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers whose primary language is English

Pay
- Part-time positions: $15.10 to $16.85 per hour
