The role involves providing direct support services to adults in a community setting. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring safety.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
Monitor and report on the health and safety of the individuals served
Engage in social activities and outings to promote independence
Document progress and communicate with supervisors and families

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
Experience working with adults in a supportive environment
Ability to pass a background check
