Position Summary
Lead a new Sam’s Club in Weslaco, Texas, by training, coaching, and supporting associates to deliver exceptional member service and operational excellence.
What you'll do...
- Train, coach, and support associates to achieve high performance and great member service
- Reinforce expectations, provide feedback, and recognize accomplishments
- Support hiring, scheduling, and day-to-day development of associates
- Run day-to-day operations, ensuring merchandise is stocked, organized, and ready for members
- Ensure Club Pickup (online order pickup) is accurate, on time, and user-friendly
- Jump in to solve problems and keep operations moving in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver for members by creating a welcoming, helpful experience, resolving concerns quickly and confidently, assisting with purchases, answering questions, and using self-service tools
- Improve the business by using basic performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve results, streamlining processes to make work easier for the team
- Partner with club leadership to keep operations running efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe environment for associates and members
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Compensation
The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Minimum Qualifications...
