Position Summary
Lead a new Sam's Club in Visalia, California, as a Personal Shopper Lead. Responsible for training, coaching, and supporting associates to deliver strong performance and great member service. Help launch and shape a new location from day one.
What you'll do...
- Train, coach, and support associates to deliver strong performance and great member service
- Reinforce expectations, provide feedback, and recognize accomplishments
- Support hiring, scheduling, and day-to-day development of associates
- Run Day-to-Day Operations: Keep merchandise stocked, organized, and ready for members; ensure Club Pickup is accurate, on time, and easy for members
- Deliver for Members: Create a welcoming, helpful experience for every member; resolve concerns quickly and confidently; assist members with purchases, questions, and self-service tools; improve the business using basic performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve results; help streamline processes to make work easier for the team; partner with club leadership to keep operations running efficiently
- Keep It Safe & Compliant: Maintain a clean, safe environment for associates and members; follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 to $31.00*
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
