Position Summary
Lead a new Sam's Club in Visalia, California, by delivering strong performance and great member service, supporting hiring, scheduling, and day-to-day development of associates, and ensuring merchandise is stocked, organized, and ready for members.
What You'll Do
- Train, coach, and support associates to deliver strong performance and great member service
- Reinforce expectations, provide feedback, and recognize accomplishments
- Support hiring, scheduling, and day-to-day development of associates
- Run Day-to-Day Operations: Keep merchandise stocked, organized, and ready for members; Ensure Club Pickup (online order pickup) is accurate, on time, and easy for members to collect; Jump in to problem-solve and keep operations moving in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver for Members: Create a welcoming, helpful experience for every member; Resolve concerns quickly and confidently; Assist members with purchases, questions, and self-service tools; Improve the Business: Use basic performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve results; Help streamline processes to make work easier for the team; Partner with club leadership to keep operations running efficiently
- Keep It Safe & Compliant: Maintain a clean, safe environment for associates and members; Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
