Position Summary

Lead a new Sam’s Club in Weslaco, Texas, by delivering exceptional member service, training and supporting associates, and driving operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Train, coach, and support associates to achieve high performance and excellent member service
  • Reinforce expectations, provide feedback, and recognize accomplishments
  • Schedule and develop associates
  • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring merchandise is stocked, organized, and ready for members
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of Club Pickup
  • Problem-solve and maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Create a welcoming, helpful experience for every member
  • Resolve member concerns and assist with purchases and questions
  • Streamline processes to make work easier for the team
  • Partner with club leadership to optimize operations
  • Maintain a clean, safe environment for associates and members
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Leading a team, Supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others
