Position Summary
Lead a new Sam’s Club in Weslaco, Texas, by delivering exceptional member service, training and supporting associates, and driving operational excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Train, coach, and support associates to achieve high performance and excellent member service
- Reinforce expectations, provide feedback, and recognize accomplishments
- Schedule and develop associates
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring merchandise is stocked, organized, and ready for members
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of Club Pickup
- Problem-solve and maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced environment
- Create a welcoming, helpful experience for every member
- Resolve member concerns and assist with purchases and questions
- Streamline processes to make work easier for the team
- Partner with club leadership to optimize operations
- Maintain a clean, safe environment for associates and members
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Minimum Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Leading a team, Supervising experience to include hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others
