Responsibilities
- Supervise and handle a heavy and complex case-load of personal injury cases
- Work independently, supervise and train support staff
- Handle claims from start to finish
Requirements
- Lawyer in Good Standing to practice law in Illinois
- 5+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience preferred
- Strong understanding of State PI laws and procedures
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to successfully manage a high-value caseload
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
