Job Details
This position is focused on pre-litigation. You will:
- Own all pre-litigation work on your docket
- Maintain clear communication with clients about their case process
- Draft all necessary pre-litigation documents
- Negotiate and present demands on behalf of clients
What we're looking for:
- Must be a member of the CA bar
- Must have a degree from an accredited law school
- At least 1 year of PI experience
- Willingness to work at volume
- Open to some trial work in the future
