Position Overview

This in an in-person/hybrid role in Irving, Texas.

Requirements

• Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Licensing: Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas, with a strong understanding of personal injury law
• Experience: Minimum of over 4 years of experience in personal injury law, focused on motor vehicle accident (MVA) and commercial vehicle accident (CVA) cases, with a preference for pre-litigation expertise

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach
• Strong legal research skills and attention to detail in facts and documentation
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
