This position is focused on pre-litigation. You will:

What we're looking for:

• Own all pre-litigation work on your docket
• Maintain clear communication with clients about their case process
• Draft all necessary pre-litigation documents
• Negotiate and manage all demands related to your cases

Requirements:

• Must be a member of the CA bar
• Must have a degree from an accredited law school
• At least 1 year of personal injury litigation experience
• Willingness to work at volume
• Open to some trial work in the future
