Responsibilities

• Supervise and handle a heavy and complex case-load of personal injury cases
• Work independently, supervise and train support staff
• Handle claims from start to finish

Requirements

• Lawyer in Good Standing to practice law in Illinois
• 5+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience preferred
• Strong understanding of State PI laws and procedures
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Proven ability to successfully manage a high-value caseload
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
