About the role

The Crash Team – The Galvan Law Firm is a personal injury practice based in Sugar Land, TX, representing clients across Texas and California. Founded in 2018, we've recovered millions for clients injured in auto crashes, 18-wheeler accidents, commercial crashes, wrongful deaths, slip and falls, dog bites, and other catastrophic injury cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from filing through resolution
• Advise clients, consult with experts, and build a case strategy early
• Communicate directly with opposing counsel and insurance carriers
• Prepare and respond to discovery, motions, and pleadings
• Represent clients at hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions
• Manage case timelines and deadlines in coordination with your support staff

Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal injury litigation experience - this is required, not preferred
• Active Texas Bar license in good standing
• Deep knowledge of PI law, wrongful death, and civil litigation
• Strong drafting, research, negotiation, and client communication skills
• A collaborative mindset - we operate as a team and want attorneys who are invested in building something great together

Pay

$150,000/year

Schedule

Hybrid up to 2 days remote per week after your first 90 days
